EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICIES
If the product you received does not meet the quality standards we offer or your order has arrived incomplete or different from what you ordered, don’t worry! We will resolve it as soon as possible. Please send us an email to enlinea@tren.com.pe To exchange or return a product that has not been used, it must be in perfect condition:
- It has the labels in good condition.
- The ball is in accordance with the original presentation.
- There is no evidence of use or knit
We will only accept changes or returns of used products when they present unacceptable* and evident (photos will be requested) quality defects. *Irregular thickness, irregular twist, irregular color, more than 2 knots per ball. You have a maximum of 10 calendar days from the date you received your order to make the change request to our email: enlinea@tren.com.pe. We will coordinate the changes on your request in order of arrival. After receiving your request, we will solve your case within (5) business days. Your request must have the following information:
- First and last names
- DNI
- Contact phone number
- Order number(s)
- Ticket number
- Reason for request
- Product to be returned
- Product that requires
- Attach a photo of the product(s) and any defects (if that were the case)
